Call- center VTB (Azerbaijan) handled 30,000 calls for year
Call- center bank VTB Azerbaijan has summed up the year with his work. With the help of the online consultation on the site handled 2,608 calls and processed more than 750 online applications .
The main objectives of the Call-center focused on remote sales , working with overdue debts , advice incoming calls . Also, using the Call- center for a year achieved sales of 211 different loan products offered by the bank , for a total of more than 1.7 million manat .
"This year was very rewarding. After the first contact with VTB Azerbaijan is a link to our call- center. It is important to target your customers in choosing the bank's credit products . Our operators are working around the clock 24 7," said A.Akhmedov , Head of Call- center bank VTB Azerbaijan .
