Execution of the state budget according to the State Statistics Committee SSC

The surplus of the state budget by November 1 amounted to 1 billion 925,900,000 manat (3.9% of GDP.) the same amount of funds were  not mastered, the SSC.  According to official statistics, over 10 months the state budget revenues amounted to 15 billion 786,700,000 manat (minus 2.8% as of 1 November last year) at a cost of $ 13 billion 860,800,000 manat (minus 1.1%.).

The article  of income does not note  the share of transfers from the State Oil Fund, but the statistics of the State Oil Fund reported that over three quarters, more than half - 7.4 billion mantas were spent on covering budget holes. Receipts for income tax amounted to $ 2 billion 145,300,000 manat,  VAT - 2 billion 512,400,000 manat, income tax - 790.7 million manat, excise taxes - 688 million manats, the rest - "other taxes and other revenues.

According to experts, the surplus by the end of October is a common phenomenon. Over the year, the Ministry of Finance will report on the budget deficit. Practice shows that the budget organizations activate in the last quarter, mastering more than one third of budget funds. It is a mystery to the public  how they manage to work this volume, the official inspection bodies also do not share  their his suspicion.

Azerbaijan's state budget for 2014 was approved with revenues of 18 billion and 384 million manat, expenses - 20 billion and  63 million manat. The  Budget deficit is projected at 1 billion 679 million manat or 2.87% of GDP. --17D-
