On General Meeting of A-Group Shareholders
On February 27 an annual general meeting of shareholders of the insurance company A-Group will be held.
According to the report, the discussion will focus on the results of last year, including the financial statements and budget of the company. They will also consider a number of other issues.
JSC A-Group with the authorized capital at the level of 7 million 308.25 thousand manat has been operating in the insurance market since 1996 and provides services on 14 types of voluntary insurance.
In January-November 2014 its premiums amounted to 4 million 986.4 thousand manat, and the payments totaled 6 million 478.38 thousand manat. --17D-

The Caspian International Investment Company JSC ended 2023 with a net loss of 557,000 manats, a significant improvement compared to the previous year, when losses were four times higher. The company's pre-tax losses for the year amounted to 264,000 manats, 11 times lower than in 2022, while income tax payments of 293,000 manats highlighted the efficiency achieved through strategic fiscal management.
