Profitability of the CBA has fallen to its lowest level this year
Short-term notes of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) series 50100638S at the total amount of AZN 10 million posted in the auction, which was held February 13, 2013. Volume of accepted non-competitive bids amounted to 1.999 million manat.
The announced offer was 30 million manat. Put up for sale were notes for AZN 10 million, and the total demand for them by the two investors exceeded 23.9 mln at face value. The orders were presented in price range from 99.9060% (YTM 1.21%) to 99.8991% (1.30%).
Price cut for competitive bids in the CBA was at 99.9060% (1.21%) and was equal to the weighted average.
Repayment of the notes will be on 13 March 2013. At the previous auction of the Central Bank notes were sold at a price of 1.35% per annum. - 15D -
