Property Tax with Coefficient
The Cabinet of Ministers approved the ratios for the amount of tax on the metropolitan individual property. The procedure for calculating was published in the Government Decision №101 (of April 6).
According to the information on the website of the Ministry of Taxes, the coefficients are determined for 12 areas of the capital. For the first area the ratio is 1.5 and beyond - in descending order. For the second zone it is 1.4, for the third - 1.3, fourth - 1.2, fifth - 1.1, sixth - 1.00. Beginning with the seventh zone, sparing factors are defined - from 0.95 to 0.7 in the 12th area of ??the capital.
