Traders Who Do Not Indicate Price of Goods to Be Penalized
The State Service for Antimonopoly Policy and Consumer Protection asked the entrepreneurs engaged in wholesale and retail to provide the necessary and correct information on the prices of goods sold.
Failure to provide such information is a violation of consumer rights. Entrepreneurs who have committed such acts will be punished by a fine of 800 to 1,000 manat.
To avoid punishment, entrepreneurs should:
- State in the price list the name, type and price of the product with the writing of the date of filing of these data, sealing all that.
- In packaging products, they also have to specify the weight of the product and the price per unit.
