Baku / 15.11.17 / Turan: Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov will hold talks in Moscow on November 16 with the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group, Mammadyarov said today in Baku at a press conference after the talks with his Brazilian counterpart Aloyzio Nuez Ferreira. On November 19-20, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will visit Azerbaijan, Mammadyarov said. Commenting on the upcoming talks on the Karabakh settlement, Mammadyarov said: "The issues discussed are on the negotiating table. We do not want negotiations for the sake of negotiations, we demand concrete results.
At the meeting of the presidents it was also noted that the negotiations should be intensive. I'm going to Moscow with this position. It's time to settle the conflict. Everyone knows that negotiations must be effective, forced migrants must return and the peace should be restored. Azerbaijan insists on moving the issue from the spot " Mammadyarov said, commenting on the upcoming meeting in Moscow.
Asked on the basis of what principles will be negotiated, Mammadyarov replied: "On the negotiating table are the updated Madrid principles" .- 03B06-
