"Musavat" will not meet with representatives of the authorities
"Musavat" party will not participate in a meeting of representatives of the government and opposition on February 12, according to a press release from the party. "Musavat" commends the authorities' intention to start a dialogue with the opposition and discuss with them the problems. "Musavat" believes that prior to the meeting should be discussed all relevant issues to make the meeting effective.
However, the agenda of the meeting is uncertain, and has not been discussed with the participants. It is not clear based on what principles the format of the meeting is determined.
