Presentation in the Foundation for Democracy

On Tuesday the presentation of the Foundation for Democracy took place in the office of the Civil Solidarity Party

The purpose of creating this public organization  is to ensure the development of democratic processes through  actions and material support.

In particular, it is collected funds to support the broadcast of foreign television "Azerbaijani hour."

Speaking at the presentation, the leader of the "Musavat" party, Isa Gambar, said that the government wants to stifle activists  by heavy fines and give up the fight. This initiative  of youth is aimed at countering these plans by the authorities, he said.

PFPA leader, Ali Kerimli, said that  civil society activists are fighting for the common cause and protect the objectives with a broad structures  of population.

The Fund established 12 civil society organizations, including political parties, civil society and youth organizations. Raising  money for the Fund started in the leading opposition parties, youth organizations and some NGOs.
