Former Press Secretary of State Commission on Students Admission Wanted
Against the former press secretary of the State Commission on Student Admission (SCSA) Elnur Nagizadeh a criminal case has been initiated and he is wanted.
As Turan was told in the Prosecutor General's Office, the former official is charged with Article 178.3.2 (fraud), 308.1 (abuse of power) and 320.1 (falsification of documents, seals or stamps) of the Criminal Code. The court decision against him was taken in absentia, meaning a preventive measure.
The criminal case was initiated in connection with the complaint of residents of Baku Vusal Ibrahimov and Zaur Askerov that the former official in August 2015 took 150 thousand dollars from them, promising to arrange them to profitable jobs.
He was later dismissed from the SCSA and now, according to unofficial data, is outside of Azerbaijan. -06D--
