Residents of Nakhchivan are collectively obliged to visit museums
From now on the staff of the budget organizations of Nakhchivan will collectively visit museums. This is the order of Vasif Talibov, the head of the Supreme Majlis of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (NAR.) He instructed to ensure collectively visit the museums in Nakhchivan.
The instruction of Talybov "On strengthening ties with museums" was signed on December 19, 2013 and recently published in the media.
The document says: "Museums are important for the protection of cultural heritage and national values, their propaganda, education of the younger generation, and enriching world vision," reads the instruction.
Portal Nakhchivan.az reports that autonomy are 23 museums and one museum-type agency - National Art Gallery. General Fund includes all museums 107776 items. Among them, the portal highlights:
