The court rejected the appeal of Radio "Azadlig"
On Friday the First administrative economic court rejected the appeal of Radio "Azadlig" (Azerbaijani service of "Radio Liberty"). According to the lawyer Adil Ismayilov, the decision of the cassation appeal will be filed.
On August 17 Baku Administrative-Economic Court rejected the claim of Radio "Azadlig" to the Ministry of Taxes. The lawsuit was filed on the decision of the Ministry of Taxes of the results of the inspection on March 10, 2016 with a request to recognize them invalid. The results of the inspection were used as one of the reasons for the closure of the Baku office of Radio "Azadlig" in December 2014 -16D-
