Erdogan: Heydar Aliyev Center - an example of waste
Turkish Prime Minister Erdogan criticized Ilham Aliyev’s pride – the Heydar Aliyev Center in Baku. Speaking on the eve in the program of Haver-Turk channel, the premier said that the Heydar Aliyev Center is "an example of wastry." He called the building an absurd and inconsistent with the traditional norms of urban development.
What has caused such a negative assessment by the prime minister, remains unclear. The program was devoted to urban development in Istanbul.
Such words against favorite brainchild of the President Ilham Aliyev is difficult to explain, but It cannot be called accidental.
The designer of this building is the famous British architect Zaha Hadid. Approximately $300 million have been spent on the construction of the building, and Ilham Aliyev calls it " the pride of people."

Ahmet Güneştekin answered questions from Turan Information Agency a few days after the opening of his solo exhibition, Lost Alphabet, held in the 8,000-square-meter indoor halls of the Feshane Cultural Center, managed by the Istanbul Municipality. The exhibition, inaugurated by Istanbul Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu, will remain open until July 20.
