Investors Have Chance of Acquiring Gence Menzil Tikinti
State Committee for Property Affairs (SCPA) at the third attempt is trying to sell a 99.96% stake in JSC Gence Menzil Tikinti, created on the basis of the Ganja House Building Plant. Last Saturday they announced an investment competition for sale of these shares.
An investor may choose to restore the activity of the company in the profile, or create a different company. To do this, applicants must provide the necessary investment program.
In addition, applicants are required to provide proposals for transfers to the state budget of 850 thousand manat. The winner must pay the debt on wages totaling 43.4 thousand manat.
The application and the investment will be accepted until October 1.
The previous competition on the sale of shares of Gence Menzil Tikinti was conducted in 2008 and 2010.
