
Managers to Discuss Need for Project Management
Tomorrow at 12 a.m. in Azerbaijan Project Management Association (center of project management and innovation at Technical University) will be a club meeting of project managers (PM Club) on "Project Management Office: Fashion or Necessity."
The purpose of the event is an opportunity for project managers to participate in PM Club, to share experiences with colleagues for further training projects in accordance with international standards. The speaker is Farid Nadirov, head coach of AzPMA and project management office of a major bank, a certified project manager IPMA Level C. It's about project-based approach, focus on results, the benefits of the organization and the objectives in the implementation of the project approach. In addition, the benefits of creating a project office, the organization of the project team and the internal procedures of companies will be discussed.
