Portal Created for Needs of Purchasing Organizations
The portal www.tedaruk.az on the Procurement and Supply of Food Products has been put into operation. The main content of the portal is made up of ads for procurement, potential suppliers, offers of food suppliers, including agricultural products.
Purchase of food products by budget organizations since 2016 is to be carried out with the mediation of Procurement and Supply of Food Products. Such operations have not been carried out yet.
JSC Procurement and Supply of Food Products was established by a presidential decree on 11 April 2016. The company buys centralized food products from suppliers and provides them to government agencies in compliance with a pre-agreed amount.
With regard to purchase prices, they will not be lower than the wholesale prices in the country at the time of placing the procurement announcement. However, these prices are determined by the Ministry of Agriculture in coordination with the Ministry of Economy. ---08D
