The cause of bank claims against debtors - bad lending policies
Azerbaijani banks continue active litigation with customers. Just this week (http://femida.az/2013/06/03/banklarin-m%C9%99hk%C9%99m%C9%99-mubahis%C9%99l%C9%99ri-novb%C9%99ti-reytinq), June 7, inclusive, it is planned to examine 82 claims.
Last week, the main essence of the claims was not paying customers on loans, including the "coming up" interest, escalating debt accumulated in the collateral, the termination of the contract period. There have been claims of clients and employees (including former) in respect of banking institutions.
This week has replenished the requirements of banks to evict the client of the apartment, as well as the requirements of the citizens of the termination of the contract and the mortgage loan. Banks are actively involved in the process of crediting of citizens, through their fingers considering the repayment of debt through salary or other legitimate source of income. Virtually all financial institutions are willing to lend to those who are registered in the capital, in the hope of eviction from their homes. Citizens, stated in the regions, even if they have a certificate of high wages, are less likely to obtain a loan than unemployed Baku people.
The leader this week on the number of claims "Kapital Bank" - 9 claims. In "Bank Technique" eight lawsuits, including deferred (three of which are under the old name of "Texnikabank"). They were followed by "Unibank", "Nikoyl", "AG Bank" and
"Royalbank" ASC - to 6 claims (in the case of the latter, claims against the liquidation commission).

According to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan consumer demand for consumer loans has increased dramatically. With the exception of a small layer, all families buy even home appliances on credit.

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
