Observers of TSMVOD not allowed to monitoring in 5 counties (UPDATED)
About 794 observers cooperating with the Centre for Monitoring Elections and Democracy Training (TSMVOD) prepared for the monitoring of the presidential elections on 15% of polling stations in 125 electoral districts.
However, 19 observers were not allowed to monitor. It happened in the 90th Aghdash , 97th Goranboy - Agdash- Tartar , 112th Gakh, 121st Lachin, and 124th Agdam - Shusha - Khojaly - Khojavand districts.
In 16% of the sites the number of ballot papers was not announced.
At 27 % of the sites the number of voters who voted outside areas (through portable ballot boxes) was not announced. -06D-

On most of the sites of the 124th Shusha - Agdam - Khojavend district the officially accredited observers from the Centre for Monitoring Election and Democracy Training (TSMVOD - local abbr.) were not allowed to observe the vote. This was announced by CEO TSMVOD Bashir Suleymanli. - 0 -
