"We are back to November 2020" — Richard Kauzlarich
"Resumed fighting destroys what little hope there was for a peaceful resolution of the conflict," Richard Kauzlarich, former U.S. Ambassador to Azerbaijan, told TURAN's Washington correspondent Tuesday morning.
"We are back to November 2020," he added.
The fighting is the latest flare-up in tensions between Azerbaijan and Armenia since the end of a six-week war that ended with a Russian-brokered ceasefire in November 2020.
