Center "Multimedia" will prepare the rating of on-line transparency of state bodies
Center "Multimedia" has started monitoring on the openess of Internet resources of state agencies on the basis of the new methodology.
Since 2006 the Center "Multimedia" has been examining the information transparency of government agencies and making research reports, and the corresponding ranking tables.
This year, the monitoring will cover 75 central executive authorities (ministries, state committees, etc.), and 67 local authorities.
Taking into account the development of electronic services, it would be reasonable to conduct private individual monitoring of the quality of these services. Methodology has been designed to meet the law "On receipt of information" and international practices.
Monitoring of transparency will be held on 50 parameters. Review and recommendations will be drawn up on its results until the end of the year. -06D-
