The official newspaper Azerbaijan writes about new requirements for the operation of restaurants, cafes, and teahouses. Among the requirements are the presence of constant cold and hot water, mandatory disinfection, the presence of detergents, maintaining a distance between tables of 2 meters, and maintenance personnel must comply with hygiene standards, as well as immediately inform management if they feel unwell.
The website Modern.az writes about fines to drivers. For three months of this year, the amount of fines amounted to 25.4 million manats. According to statistics, in January-March of this year, 421 accidents occurred, which is 12.6% more than in the same period in 2019.
The number of victims was 559, an increase of 15.5%. Killed were 181 people, and 378 were injured and injured of varying severity. Of the total number of accidents, 88.8% occurred in settlements.
The number of deaths in road accidents increased this year by 133 people and the wounded by 350 people.

For the 4 months of this year, exports of non-oil products amounted to 549 million dollars, and for the same period in 2019 - 583 million dollars. That is, the decline in exports amounted to 5.8% or 34 million dollars.
The FED.az website writes that in April the number of sales transactions decreased. In January-April this year, the population made purchases of 11.516.1 billion manats, including groceries, drinks and tobacco products for 6169.7 million manats in the retail network.
Not grocery goods worth 5346.4 million manat. In April, compared with March, the retail grocery turnover decreased by 33.1%, and not of grocery goods - by 38.6%.
