National Security Ministry (NSM) persecutes resident for criticizing shortcomings
Ashraf Hasanov, a resident of Babek region of Nakhchivan, has been harassed and pressured by the MNS of Nakhchivan; he told about it at press conference in Media Center.
According to him, the reason for the persecution became negative facts in schools, villages and health facilities in Babek region. h reported about it via a local reporter Yafaz Akramoglu to the radio "Azadlig" in December last year.
"A few days later I was summoned to the local NSM and threatened, demanding to stop talking about the shortcomings. Otherwise, they threatened to cut off the genitals," said Hasanov.
After that incident, he has been constantly watched. Ashraf Hasanov is also a member of Nakhchivan Branch of the Public Chamber. the NSM demanded form him to stop membership in the Public Chamber, offered money to stop the transmission of negative publicity to the media, and demanded to refute previous information. Ashraf Hasanov refused offers and moved to Baku.
