The next monitoring conducted by the State Veterinary Control Service of the Ministry of Agriculture confirmed the absence of avian flu on the territory of Azerbaijan.
The monitoring was conducted in the traditional wintering grounds for migratory birds and farms for breeding poultry.
Sample shooting of birds and testing of their blood did not reveal carriers of avian influenza, the representative of the State Veterinary Control Service Yolchu Hasanov told Turan. -02D-
