International human rights organizations to the protection of young Azerbaijani activists

On  December 10, the day of adoption of the Universal Declaration International Partnership for Human Rights (IPHR) of the of Human Rights will hold a rally in support  of Ilkin Rustamzade. At the same time,  the World Organization against Torture, is preparing a film about the top ten of the world human rights defenders, including the representatives of Azerbaijan. Amnesty International in its headquarters will organize the Day of Letters. On December 10, 2016  at 10:00 for 24 hours anyone can come to the headquarters and write and send a letter to the prisoners of conscience. Among the prisoners are  Giyas Ibrahimov and Bayram Mammadov  the  convicted youth activists, Turan was told by the human rights activist Leyla Yunus. She and her husband, Arif Yunus  have been  invited to the ceremony in the office of Amnesty International in Amsterdam.

"When we  in detention, we sent thousands of letters from around the world, and some even reached. People for whom freedom is not just a word,  are always close to the fighters for freedom, even if they are separated by vast  space.

Azerbaijan is often represent as a country of slaves, and our people to be very patient and humble. But a new generation has  come. Giyas and  Bayram  do not want to celebrate the "feast of the slaves," they lift their voice for freedom and their voice was heard," said Yunus. After that,  the  President Ilham Aliyev  will receive letters from all over the world demanding the release  of Bayram Mammadov and Giyasov Ibrahimov.

"These young heroes will be remembered for generations.  The  more the regime will crush them, the louder their names will sound all over the world, the higher will raise their voice for freedom. So far, Azerbaijan has such sons as the Giyas and Bayram, we have hope for the future,"  reads the letter of in  conclusion.-02D-
