"Nardaran case" turns into a case of "Bandit department"

On November 7 I took part in the trial in the case of Nardaran in Baku Serious Crime Court. Honestly, every time what I heard about this process terrifies me. Similar horrific acts of violence, torture, fraud, I once read in the transcripts of the Nuremberg trial of the Nazi war criminals. If such things are announced at the trial, in the countries like more or less aware of laws judge immediately decides to arrest those who created these terrible acts in the courtroom and at the beginning with regard to their investigations.

Over 25 years of independence not any trial revealed in such a shameful form the essence of the Azerbaijani police, prosecutors, the judiciary, as was done in the "Bandit department" example (Department to fight the organized crime Ministry of Internal Affairs.) Just like the attempt of coup d'etat is a criminal act, just as it is an offense and falsification of state coup resulting from torture "confirmation" attempted coup d'etat. Yesterday the judge read out testimony of witness Tural Allahverdiyev, which was done at the example of "Bandit department".  It was alleged   that the witness that "Muslim Unity Movement" will overthrow the government and build an Islamic state, and Tale Bagirzade will become president. As soon as the judge read these words the witness said that he was not asked that question and did not give such answers.  This  is  a picture of a grave crime against the state, based on the falsification of investigative materials. A judge  does not see this grave criminal fact, as if nothing had happened, as he is asked not to reveal the truth, and to hide the truth.

Another witness, Motabar Babayev, told about terrible torture he was subjected in the investigative bodies. "I would like to blame the presence of weapons. Alifka, Mair (the deputy head of Sabirabad district Police Alifaga Kazimov is ment) beat me. Only Allah knows how they  beat me. However, I did not undertaken the accusation. When  they  began to pull off my pants, I was broke down and begged them not to do so. Then Alifaga said, "Go to his village and plant heroin in their yard, and then bring his father here." Then I said that my father is 51 years, he has never been to the police; and if comes here his heart will not stand. The I  undertook the blame, as if a man named Rovshan gave me the weapons  for storage, and I hid it in the village.  A video was made when I took the weapon from the place. "Then, in his testimony, he told what they did  in  the "Bandit  department". "On December 2, I was left in the General Directorate for Combating Organized Crime. There I was told that the gun  gave not Rovshan, but Haji Taleh. I resisted, and they beat me. I They offered to write the name of Akper, who was beaten so badly that will not be able to participate  in the trial. I did not agree. Kerim Alimardanov and Islam Agabeyov subjected me to torture which is not correlated with human dignity. It would be better if they killed me. They tied my hands behind my back, then beaten t in such places, that  it was impossible to stand. They wanted to rape me  with a bottle and a baton, so I signed false statements. They wrote as if the late Haji  Taleh  gave  Akper weapons, and he handed it to me. I was especially tortured to  give these  things to the camera. "

The tragedy is that all this happens in the  21st century, before our eyes. Under the guise of protecting state  crimes are committed, innocent people  are accused of non- committed crimes. People are tortured, beat to get  testimony they needed, and then transported them to the "Bandit department", threatened, tortured,  accused of  committing   crimes.

The criminal gang by Haji Mammadov and the criminal network  of Akif Covdarov, for a long time  ensuring  the safety operation, can only  be surprised  to miracles  committed in the "Bandit department", and their horrific methods of torture.

The trial of  in the "Nardaran case"  is a shameful and disgraceful event in the 21st century. This horrifying picture takes place in the so-called "state of law" before the eyes of Ilham Aliyev, the position of which the protection of health and property of citizens. Only with   his approval the "Bandit department" commits such terrible  things with innocent people. If this is not so,  the president of the country  should respond to the crimes perpetrated in the name of the state, as was in  the case with the Ministry of National Security, and should take action.
