Provocation against known lawyer
Khanlar Alekperov, Doctor of Law, Professor, State Counselor of Justice of the Russian Federation became the object of provocations on May 24 in the evening. At 18: 21, at the exit of his dacha was organized a "road accident" in which the professor allegedly shot down man. After 11 minutes the place was attended by representatives of the municipality of Binagadi and then Binagadi district police, and stated that "I have intentionally hit by a car a person, caused him bodily harm, etc.", said Alekperov.
"However, the police and provocateur did not take into account that I have installed video recorder in my car. I must say that over the last year it is not the first, or even the second attempt to create artificial accusations against me," reads the statement.
From the video it can be seen that the car is going at a speed of 1-2 km per hour, and there is no conflict, but a fake "pedestrian" just lied on the road, and began to cry.
"Inspection of the "victim" showed that there was not even a scratch or something else on hi foot, though police said they need a medical examination, as did signal that I hit a man."
In response to this provocation professor appealed to the Prosecutor General, the head of the Interior Ministry and the Embassy of the Russian Federation, as a man who has Russian citizenship. "It feeds the hope that this blatant provocation receive its adequate legal assessment on the part of law enforcement bodies of Azerbaijan," the statement says.
As for the causes of the incident in an interview with Turan, Alekperov expressed surprise with this matter, suggesting that someone might not like his legal assessment of certain events and facts. -02В-

We are at the forefront of the struggle for the right to life, freedom, and justice. Ukraine seeks a just peace that will lay a solid foundation for a stable future for Europe and the World, and the only way of achieving this is to implement President Volodymyr Zelensky's Peace Formula (the Ukrainian Peace Formula).

In a bit of historic irony, powerful oligarch Bidzina Ivanishvili has managed to inspire rare unity across Georgia’s cacophonous political scene twice in his life. His money and influence forged the broad-based consolidation of opposition forces that brought him to power in 2012, and now, 12 years and three electoral cycles later, a similar pattern of opposition convergence could send him packing.
