Bank VTB-Azerbaijan to Issue Mortgage Loans
Bank VTB (Azerbaijan) plans to start issuing mortgages through the Mortgage Fund. The Vice-President of Bank VTB Mikhail Oseevsky said this to the media during his visit to Baku.
He said that, according to the agreement with the Financial Markets Supervision House, before the end of 2017 an additional issue of shares should be carried out.
“We have already implemented additional infusion of capital in the amount of more than 110 million manat,” said Oseevsky.
Oseevsky said that VTB Bank (Azerbaijan) plans to profit in 2018.
According to him, the main strategy of VTB Bank is to support the Russian trade turnover with the countries where the bank has "subsidiary organizations."
“We will finance the operations of Russian companies in the local market and local companies oriented to the Russian market. Therefore, we are more focused on the increase in the customer base among legal entities. Therefore, we focus on the work with legal entities, mostly from medium-sized companies, whose revenue is $ 10-20 million,” Oseevsky said.
51% of the shares of VTB Bank (Azerbaijan) belong to JSC VTB Bank, 48.99% belong to the group of companies Ata Holding, and 0.01% - to an individual. ----71D
