Era of Real Estate Bills of Sale Written on Paper Coming to End in Azerbaijan
Baku / 10.04.19 / Turan: Starting from April 18, extracts from the state register on real estate ownership in Azerbaijan will be issued only in electronic form. Thus, the era of these documents (bills of sale) in paper format ends.
Electronic statements will be posted on the e-government portal. The right holder will be able to access the statement in real time through this portal. Later, this statement will be posted in the personal account of the citizen on the portal Electronic Government. In the absence of a personal account, the statement stored in the database will be automatically credited to the account after it is created. Turan was told about this in the State Property Committee. In this case, electronic statements will also be issued within 1, 3, 7, or 10 business days.
The transition to the electronic mode is carried out in accordance with the Law "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On the State Register of Real Estate".
Upon completion of the registration of rights to real estate, the corresponding information is sent to the right holder by various means of communication (mobile phone, e-mail). Electronic notifications display the register and registration numbers of the statement and a link to check the electronic statement.
The use of electronic statements expands the possibilities of full automation of re-registration, the State Property Committee noted. Citizens, municipalities, and landowners who have an electronic statement, will not be forced to submit any documents during the sale transaction. After the sale and purchase real estate is placed in the personal account of the new owner on the Electronic Government portal. ------08D--
