Mega Sigorta enhanced 1.5 million manat
The insurance company Mega Sigorta plans to increase the share capital by 15% - from 10 million to 11.5 million manat. After registration in the Ministry of Taxes it will allow her to prevent more financial risks.
According to the State Securities Committee (SSC), which registered the issue prospectus on March 18, the shareholders decided to release this structure by mass offers of 300 simple non-documentary registered shares. Face value of each of them is worth 5 thousand manats. The registration number is AZ1001006183.
The insurance company Mega Sigorta has operated on the local market for 3 years. During this time the level of premiums and claims increased 10 times. Over the year, being a member of the Bureau of Compulsory Insurance, it collected 10.43 million with payments 1,854,520 manats.
