LLC PSG-Broker today announced the transformation into a closed joint stock company. This means that in the case of obtaining a license, it will be the sixth investment company in Azerbaijan, which will provide a variety of services on the securities market.

It is known that it was the underwriter of placement of four issues of bonds of JSC Southern Gas Corridor, for a total of $ 2 billion 516 million US dollars. Co-founder of CJSC Southern Gas Corridor is SOCAR.
According to unspecified information, PSG-Broker is a subsidiary of SOCAR. The company has a co-founder in Europe. The company's authorized capital amounts to 100 thousand manats.
