Price for Stavropol grain to the border with Azerbaijan - 176 manat per ton
Stavropol entrepreneurs have profits from supplying grain to Azerbaijan at 8,400 rubles (176 manats) per tonne provided delivery to the state border. For reference - the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the population buys wheat at 240 manat per ton. The Cabinet of Ministers in December 2009 decided to release grain products imported for storage in the State Grain Fund from VAT and customs duties.
