Updated License of Corporate Trust Agency
The State Committee for Securities has provided Corporate Trust Agency Ltd a new license to carry out over the next 5 years professional experience in providing depository services and keeping a register of holders of securities, according to the sector of public relations of this department.
The company was established in July 2004 and actually serves only one company - International Bank of Azerbaijan. The licenses of the company expired on November 17.
Its competitor, JSC National Depository Center, whose sole founder the State Committee for Securities is, provides depository services and registrar of about 2,000 companies. --08D--
