Another video bomb from Elshad Abdullayev
A new series in the parliamentary saga involving "director" Elshad Abdullayev appeared in social networks. The former Rector of the International University has posted on Youtube several scenes made with a hidden camera, revealing trade for the seats in parliament.
One of the lead actors in the scandal was director of the library named after Sabir Sevinj Babaeva, who mediated taking money from Elshad Abdullayev and passed it on to authorities.
The video recorded a new dialogue between Abdullayev and Babaeva, where they discussed "business issues."
So, Babaeva said Guler Ahmedova loses the election to another candidate, so at 11 p.m., she called the head of the Presidential Administration Ramiz Mehdiyev. After this, the protocols at all polling stations were rewritten, and supporters of Namazov, trying to assert their rights, were beaten and dispersed.
Babaeva said the money ($ 1 million) was transferred to Ramiz Mehdiyev, and that they, along with Gular Ahmedova counted it in his office. Abdullayev did not believe it, but she confided that "Gular Ahmedova performs all private instructions of the second person of the country."
Gular Ahmedova was mandated to "feed" part of the opposition, which criticized the power within the country, and at overseas conferences talked about the hardships of the transition period.
One of them is the chairman of the Umid Party, Igbal Aghazadeh, who was tasked to persuade the opposition candidate Arzu Samadbayli to give up his parliamentary mandate for a price.
Samadbayli opposed Abdullayev in his district and Babaeva said that if the head of state recommended Samadbayli as candidate for deputy, then a million dollars paid by Abdullayev would be enough to arrange one of his brothers as the chief executive of the Binagadi district, and he himself could become a judge in the city Sumgayit.
Abdullayev refused these proposals, emphasizing that he was paying for the deputy chair and wanted to be the head of the parliamentary committee on legal policy.
Next Babaeva gives an interesting description of Ramiz Mehdiyev. According to her, after she and Ahmedova counted the money in his office, he did not give them at least 50 thousand. "He's a rat," she said. -17D-
