"Musavat": Authorities show disrespect to the memory of Mamed Emin Rasulzade
"Musavat" party made a statement regarding the refusal of the City Hall to provide space for 500 people in Baku for celebrating 130-year anniversary of Mamed Rasulzade, the founder of the People's Republic of Azerbaijan (PRA.) The statement authors note that on January 16 they sent to the capital's mayor appeal in this regard, saying that the event is scheduled for January 30.
An answer from the mayor came on January 28 , advising the party to hold your event in one of the houses of culture in the village of Garachukhur or Amirajan located on the outskirts of Baku.
At a meeting of the party representatives with leadership of the House of Culture in the village of Amiradjan they were informed that the consent to the head of the department of tourism for activities in Baku is necessary. During the day it was impossible to contact the relevant department head of the executive power of Baku, Zaur Ramazonov. Only 29 January at 12:30 it was possible to positively address this issue. Then it turned out that the heating system in the House of Culture in the village of Amiradjan is out of order.
The foregoing demonstrates that the order of the head of state on the celebration of 130th anniversary of Mamed Rasulzade had declarative nature. The authorities are not going to mark the event dedicated to this date, but also obstruct those who intend to do it.
The International Press Centre also refused to provide the party room for the anniversary event. This is a kind of manifestation of disrespect for Rasulzade. "Musavat" party condemns and considers unacceptable disrespect for memory and anniversary date of Mamed Rasulzade. Solemn commemorative event will be held by "Musavat" party on January 30 at 15.00 at the headquarters of the party "Musavat". -06D –

During the session, he stated that he is a first-group disabled person but still has not been assigned a social worker for assistance. The judge noted that while the law does not require a social worker to be assigned to an inmate, he would appeal to the leadership of the pretrial detention facility "on humanitarian grounds."
