On April 27, the quarantine regime will be softened
Baku / 24.04.20 / Turan: The Azerbaijani government decided to soften restrictions from April 27 under the special quarantine regime. Existing restrictions are softened in accordance with the sanitary and epidemiological situation, in connection with this, mechanisms are being applied for gradual exit from the quarantine regime, the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet said in a statement. From 00:00 on April 27, 2020, activities in a number of areas are resumed throughout the country. In particular, the reception of citizens at ASAN Xidmet centers will begin by pre-registering online through the ASAN mobile application, website and call centers of the service. In addition, activity was resumed in the following areas of work and services:
Individual instruction and tutoring (except for group classes), sales of books and newspapers, stationery. The objects of printing and copying, photo studios are reopened.
Cleaning services in individual apartments, tailoring are being restored.
Renewed stores selling cosmetics and perfumes, clothes, shoes, leather goods, gold and other jewelry, pawnshops.
Objects of sale and repair of mobile devices, spare parts and accessories will work.
The activity of objects for the sale and repair of computer equipment, electronics and household appliances, furniture, cars is allowed.
Flower and plant products stores will open.
The sale of agricultural machinery, spare parts and equipment, fertilizers and agrochemical products is being restored.
However, restrictions remain on activities in these areas at shopping centers and malls.
Employees of facilities with restrictions on movement removed must be registered with employers at icaze.e-gov.az.
At the same time, the system of SMS passes for those who do not have work permits is maintained.
However, at the same time, from 00:00 on April 27, the time for permits for shopping, mail, banks and medical facilities increases from 2 to 3 hours.
At the same time, the government does not rule out the possibility of reinforcing the quarantine regime.
"In case of a repeated increase in cases of coronavirus infection, the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers may again decide to tighten the quarantine regime," said Prime Minister Ali Asadov.
Previously, a special quarantine regime introduced from March 24 and tightened from April 5 to 20 was extended until May 4. — 21B06----
