Russia will support Azerbaijan if it is outpost of Moscow
The Karabakh process has stalled due to incompatibility of positions of Azerbaijan and Armenia, said Sergey Mikheyev, the director of the Political Situation Center at the press conference in Baku.
"When the sides to the conflicts have different positions, the conflicts last for decades. They demand from Russia intervention, but the times of solution of the Karabakh conflicts on the phone have gone away. Keys to the Karabakh conflict are in Yerevan and Baku, and its resolution requires concessions from the leaders of warring states," he said.
"Maybe, if Azerbaijan was an outpost of Russia, the Karabakh issue would be settled long ago," said Mikheyev. -03В---
