A verdict was announced in Sheki at the trial in the case of Ilgar Mamedov, the leader of "REAL" Movement, deputy chairman of "Musavat", Tofig Yagublu, and 16 other defendants. The verdict was read by the prosecutors Gudret Mammadov and Fuad Musayev .
Allegations concerning Ilgar Mamedov and Tofig Yagublu, were repeated literally word for word. Both defendants protested the indictment. Mammadov said that the text does not written in Azerbaijani . Lawyers also expressed disagreement with the indictment, but the judge interrupted them. The next trial is scheduled for December 17. -06B-

Sheki/10.12.13/Turan : Tuesday Sheki Court of Grave Crimes did not hold a regular meeting on the case of the leader of the REAL Ilgar Mamedov, deputy chairman of Musavat Tofig Yagublu and 16 others accused of organizing and participating in riots in Ismailly.
Due to the lack of lawyers of three of the accused the judge adjourned the meeting. Lawyers before the lunch break arrived and the meeting was postponed to 14.30 .
Note that the lawyers appointed by the state. Defendant Ilgar Mamedov told the Turan, that the process specifically delayed, which is an additional punishment. Other defendants complained about the poor conditions in the detention center in Ganja .
In particular, the 15 people held in cells designed for 9 people , and they have to sleep in turns . Moreover, the cells are wet.

Mamedov and Yagublu arrived in Ismayilli on January 24 to review the situation when the riots were on the decline .
They were later arrested and charged with organizing mass riots and resisting arrest .
The international community has recognized Yagublu Mamedov and prisoners of conscience and repeatedly demanded their immediate release. Authorities ignored all these calls. Besides Mamedov and Yagublu before court stand 16 others. -06B-
