Heavy Rain Washed Away the New Asphalt in Azadlig Square
Last night’s rain washed away the asphalt on the new bus stop adjacent to Azadlig Square.
As Turan reported from the scene, asphalt was washed out in three places, a total length of over 10 meters.
The very fact should attract attention, given that in this place construction of the largest underground garage, to hold 4000 cars, is completed.
The night’s downpour caused damage to several buildings with underground floors.
Another bypass is fixed in the soil under the construction of the underpass in front of the bazaar in the 3rd district.
Thus, JSC Azeryol reported that early this morning, as a result of damage, two water pipes, 326 mm in diameter, at the specified location, the soil was washed away. Steps are being taken to eliminate the affects.
Note: there was a major transport hub built in this area, including 3 tunnels, one road junction and several underpasses. -16D-
