Jannat Jannatov Apologizes to Aynur Elgunesh
The Editor of Azerbaijan Information Agency (AIA) Jannat Jannatov apologized to the journalist Aynur Elgunesh for insults and threats.
Recall that on October 4 Jannatov repeatedly called the journalist and threatened and insulted her. The reason for this was the journalist's attempt to deal with a complaint against Jannatov of extortion on his part.
On October 10 Jannatov published an official apology to Elgunesh, entitled Confession (http://aia.az/hadise/8639-semimi-etiraf.html).
Jannatov says that "due to personal problems" that day he was in a tense nervous state. He says he is experiencing "mental suffering" for saying rude words to the reporter on the phone.
"In connection with the situation arisen for reasons independent from me I sincerely repent and apologize," Jannatov wrote.
Elgunesh in turn stated she insisted on a public apology so that the man would not commit such things in relation to other people in future. Elgunesh noted that after Jannatov apologized through the website, she considers the issue closed. -06D--

The court ordered the property be returned to its rightful owner, Samaya Aliyeva. However, the Ministry of Justice intervened, citing a presidential decree from July 1, 2004, which approved a state program for improving the living and working conditions of refugees. Under this directive, refugees without alternative housing cannot be evicted until they are provided with a replacement residence by the Executive Authority.
