"Nikoil bank" has no complaints against the oppositionist
Baku / 27.02.19 / Turan: The Garadagh district court today continued the consideration of the case of the head of the youth organization of the Musavat party Abulfaz Sadigbeyli, his cousin Asif Sadigov and Kamran Abbasov, the former employee of the Nikoil Bank.
Sadigbeyli was arrested on November 21, 2018 on charges of fraud by conspiring with a group of individuals and using fake documents. Thus, Sadigbeyli is charged with forging a certificate from the Nikoil Bank about repayment of the loan.
However, Sadigbeyli repaid the loan and has documentary evidence of this.
The representative of "Nikoil bank" confirmed that there are no complaints against Sadigbeyli and the bank refuses a civil suit. The judge said that the trial was completed and the next trial is scheduled for March 6.
According to the materials of the prosecution, Sadigbeyli submitted a false certificate to the traffic police about paying the loan debt in order to pick up the car from bail. Allegedly, a former employee of the bank Asadov and a cousin of the oppositionist, a former employee of the traffic police Sadigov helped him. -21C-
