Failure in the asphalt on the roadway Nobel Avenue early morning of April 21 was the reason for limiting the movement of capital at this track. Round the failure there is a diameter of about 3 meters which raised many questions.
The check found that the failure of the land was a result of groundwater and the suspicions of water leak from the underground utilities did not materialize.
Note that this way was built recently and is considered one of the best in the capital.
