What was found from the violators on the Iranian border?
Baku/19.04.21/Turan: Because of a shootout on the Azerbaijani-Iranian border on April 16, a violator was wounded. The Iranian citizens Feyzi Yasser Nariman and Huseynpur Sajjad Hasan were trying to enter the territory of Azerbaijan near the Gazakhlar village of the Fizuli region, the State Border Service reported.
Because they did not obey the order, the border guards opened fire on them. Nariman was lightly wounded in the arm. After primary care, he was admitted to a hospital.
When inspecting the scene, two packages were found, in which there were 1159 tablets and 78 units of some devices. In the message of the State Border Service, they are named “Costed Mikro Politedve”. However, what their purpose is unknown.
During the operational-search activities, two Azerbaijanis were also detained - a resident of the Fizuli region, Elshan Huseynov and a resident of the Aghdash region, Ulvi Sadaddinov, who arrived to meet the Iranians. -03D-

In 2017, the Sumgayit City Court ruled to evict the Aliyev family—refugees from Gubadli (Akper, Sarvinaz, Ramil, and two other family members)—from an illegally occupied apartment in the 12th microdistrict, Building 7A, Apartment 35. The court ordered the property be returned to its rightful owner, Samaya Aliyeva. However, the Ministry of Justice intervened, citing a presidential decree from July 1, 2004, which approved a state program for improving the living and working conditions of refugees. Under this directive, refugees without alternative housing cannot be evicted until they are provided with a replacement residence by the Executive Authority.
