According to unofficial data, the Russian military is being transferred to Ukraine, where Russian troops are suffering heavy losses.
The Russian Defense Ministry does not report a partial withdrawal of the peacekeeping contingent. The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry does not comment on the situation.
