Authorized capital of XalqBank reached 200 million manat
The authorized capital of XalqBank totaled 197,125,290 manat.
As stated in this financial structure, an increase of 7.3% was made possible by the conversion of the nominal value of the shares. Previously, each security was estimated at 50.6 manat, but now it is 54.3 manat. Total issued are 3,630,300 shares.
JSC XalqBank banking license was received on December 30, 2004. The shareholders are three LLCs: Euro Standard, Ideal Business and Avant-garde. --17D-
