The State Committee for Property Affairs announced the results of the seventh specialized cash auction , which was put up 55 to 70 percent of the shares of the three regions of the country are located in the joint-stock companies .
Total for the acquisition of more than 65 thousand shares (par value of one share of - 2 AZN) received 212 applications. Applications accompanied by cash for a total of 67,392 manat. According to the results of the auction were produced by the division of shares in a lower face value and thus the number of shares traded was 174,775 pieces.
At the auction were sold 55% of the shares of "Gence Temir Qurashdirma" and "Agcabedi Tedaruk" and 69.88 % of shares of "Agcabedi Gol Baliqchiliq".
Recall that the specialized cash auctions for the sale of shares of privatized enterprises conducted in 2011, after the government privatization shares were withdrawn from the December 31, 2010 from circulation.
