Media Review for September 15
The situation with education, a look at the activities of Russian-language schools, the appeal of deputies in connection with Tofik Yagublu, and attention to primary school students are topics of today's media.
The newspaper Azerbaijan writes about the beginning of the academic year in the country. Over 165 thousand children went to the first grade this year. After a 7-8 month break, schools again accept students.
By this academic year, 8 new schools were built, 5 schools were fundamentally renovated, and 34 schools were of a modular type. It is planned to assemble 15 more modular schools. In total, over 293 such schools have already been collected.
The website Yenisabah.az is discussing with the deputy Vahid Ahmedov the presence of Russian-language schools in the country. He believes that training should be conducted in the state language. Training in Russian began to be sharply criticized against the background of Russia's actions, which supported Armenia during the July 12-16 clashes.
If Russia does not help Azerbaijan in solving the Karabakh problem, why should education in the language of this country grow, the deputy asks and believes that the state should not fund education in Russian.
The website Redaktor.az quotes the opinion of the deputy Fazil Mustafa regarding the release of Tofig Yagublu. The MP believes that the issue must find its own legal solution. He suggested that Yagublu turn to the President for clemency.
At the same time, Fazil Mustafa believes that the appeal against the decision of the first instance court in the case of Tofig Yagublu will be objectively considered in the Court of Appeal.
The website Modern.az discusses the topic of full-time education of schoolchildren, which is risky. In this regard, the country's chief pediatrician, Nasib Guliyev, recommends that parents be conscious and follow the established rules. Even so, children attending school will be at constant risk.
According to the pediatrician, the current situation regarding seasonal diseases is stable.

By that night, however, the mysterious visitor had departed, loaded onto a cargo platform and whisked away to the airport.
