Privileges of Azerbaijani diplomats grow
The Cabinet amended the rules for the employees of the diplomatic service and paying them compensation.
According to the innovation, the training of a family member of an Azerbaijani diplomat abroad is funded for the amount provided in the contract with an educational institution. However, it should not exceed $ 700 per month.
This restriction does not apply to the head of the diplomatic mission and the payment is made on the basis of the documents submitted by the relevant educational institution.
In addition, it provides coverage for buildings and property owned by the diplomatic missions from fires, explosions, natural disasters, theft, robbery, accidents occurred in heating systems, water supply and sewerage networks.
In addition subject to insurance are vehicles of diplomats - from accidents, fires, explosions, theft, and robbery attempts.
The embassy management is personally responsible for the conclusion of an agreement on compulsory insurance in accordance with the laws of the host country.
The insurance contract is signed after consultation with the Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan.
The innovations come into force on January 1, 2014 -06D-
