The BSE today begins placing unsecured, interest-bearing book-entry registered bonds of FinansLizinq.
The State Committee for Securities registered in the end of December last year, the prospectus FinansLizinq bonds and the total amount of 400,000 manats. The nominal value per bond is AZN 500, the term - 2 years, the annual interest rate - 14%. Underwriter of securities placement is LLC Pasha Capital.
Last year the company launched bonds worth 0.7 million manta, and the year before - 1.2 million manat.
FinansLizinq has operated in the leasing market since 2007. Its shareholders are 16 individuals. - 15B -
