Twenty-Two People in Azerbaijan Suffered Injuries from Mines in 2012
In 2012, in Azerbaijan, 22 people were wounded as a result of 18 cases of mines and shells blowing up. This is according to ANAMA (Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action.)
In 2012, agency specialists identified and cleared 32,819,864 square meters in the territories, of 11,364 mines and unexploded ordnance.
