Unibank representative elected chairman of MilliKart
December 25, 2012 year was held the next general meeting of founders of MilliKart. The main issues on the agenda at the meeting were approved by the annual report, balance sheet, income statement, and the appointment of the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
The meeting approved the reports of the company for the relevant period and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of MilliKart was elected Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Unibank KB Khalid Ahadov for one year. Furthermore, it was decided to replace the representatives of some banks that are members of the Board of Directors for the new ones. We note that the Board of Directors includes representatives of AtaBank OJSC, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Azerbaijab Industrial Bank JSC, Bank of Baku OJSC, Bank Respublika OJSC, Demirbank JSC and KB UniBank OJSC.
Khalid Ahadov on the appointment of the Chairman of the Board of Directors expressed his gratitude and said in his speech that MilliKart is among the fastest growing companies with advanced technology in our country. He also said that he would do everything possible for MilliKart to keep its place in the specific sector in the future and become one of the leading companies in the region.
Recall that MilliKart was established by 18 banks and now banks such as AtaBank OJSC, Demirbank JSC, Azer-Turk Bank JSC, Bank of Baku OJSC, Zaminbank JSC, Turanbank JSC, Amrahbank JSC, HalgBank JSC, KredoBank JSC, Access Bank CJSC, Parabank JSC, Rabitabank OJSC, Bank Respublika OJSC, Standard Bank KB CJSC, Texnikabank OJSC, KB UniBank OJSC, Azerbaijan Industrial Bank JSC, and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development are involved in its share capital. -15D -

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
